Woven roving fiberglass is a heavy-duty reinforcement fabric commonly used in boatbuilding and composite projects where strength, stiffness, and thickness are essential. Made with coarse, interlaced fiberglass strands in a 0/90° plain weave, woven roving provides excellent load distribution. The 18 oz. fabric offers strong, yet manageable layups for general laminates, while the 24 oz. weight adds bulk and stiffness for high-load areas like hulls, transoms, and structural panels. Both weights wet out quickly and can be used alone or layered with with other reinforcement fabrics for tailored builds. Use with polyester or epoxy resin. Available in 38" wide rolls in 3, 10, and 25-yard lengths.
