If you’re within driving distance of Bristol, RI this Saturday, plan to stop by our JD Annual Tent Sale! It’s a great event that we hold annually to empty the warehouse, to give our customers the best pricing on launching needs and this year – we have a special guest coming: Louis Sauzedde and the TotalBoat Work Skiff. We know many are excited about meeting Lou and seeing the skiff, but as another feature, we have invited some select local customers to bring their home built or restored boat projects to the Tent to show off. We have a great little line up of different boats coming – from a fully restored Cape Dory Typhoon (our photo contest winner!) to a beautifully built CLC Peeler Skiff, a Ninigret 22 that’s just been completed, a homebuilt Runabout 16 and the Dyer Glamour Girl as shown above. The photos below don’t do justice to the incredible work that has gone into these projects and we are proud to have them on site to show off their hard work alongside the now famous Louis!
The TotalBoat Tech Team will be on hand to help you find what you need and answer your questions. Reps from lots of manufacturers will be on site, too. And we will be doing TotalBoat demos all day at your request – to show you how the different coatings, paints, adhesives, varnishes and epoxies work and to give you some tips for certain success in your own applications. And that’s not even to mention to clearance deals, closeouts and Sale pricing on everything we sell!
