All orders must be placed via our secure website or over the phone at (401) 396-8199. We cannot accept emailed orders for security reasons. You are welcome to email us with questions before and after placing your order, but all orders must be placed through TotalBoat.com or by phone. While TotalBoat.com does not accept international orders, we encourage international customers to call us to place their order.
Our secure checkout accepts all major credit cards, including American Express, Discover, MasterCard, and Visa. We also accept PayPal. Please be aware that PayPal orders will ship only after funds have been transferred and payment is cleared.
All orders ship via ground shipping.
You will receive an email with order and tracking information once your order ships. Orders ship within 1 business day for all in-stock items.
How long will it take to receive my order?
All orders ship from Bristol, RI USA. This means your order will arrive anywhere from 1 to 6 business days, depending on where you live. Please use the tracking number (provided in your order ship confirmation email) to track shipping progress.
You will be notified immediately if for some reason an item is out of stock or otherwise unavailable to ship. The notification would also include estimated availability and delivery dates.
- Return within 30 days for a full refund
- No restocking fee if returned within 30 days
- Contact us for a Return Authorization # before returning all or any part of your order
- Please write your Return Authorization # on the outside of the box, and include your name, order #, Return Authorization #, and a list of the items being returned inside the box
- All returned products must be unused and with all original packaging and packing materials
- No Returns on hazardous materials, such as paint, resins and adhesives
- Return shipping must be prepaid by the customer unless the error was ours
